OUR HISTORY:

Josten’s was founded in 1897 and is the oldest of all recognition companies.  MTM was established in 1971 by Dave Smith in Del City, Oklahoma.  MTM first began a working relationship with Josten’s in 1979.  In 2001, MTM acquired the Josten’s Recognition Division.

OUR STRENGTHS:

MTM is known as an one-stop shop.  We have nine manufacturing locations and can service a company with any type of award or any type of recognition (watches, rings, plaques, acrylic awards, lapel pins, certificates, products, and ad specialties).

GOALS AND CHALLENGES:

• We will seek new ways to serve our existing customers.

• We will proactively communicate with our customers.

• We will improve products and processes through technology, automation and our own initiative to increase productivity and bring positive results to the bottom line.

OUR VISION:

We believe that Recognition...lifts the human spirit. Our vision is to be the experts in shaping corporate culture and celebrating the achievements of an organization’s most important asset...people.

OUR MISSION:

To establish a company culture that strives to exceed customer expectations through the teamwork of our Customer Care group, Recognition Consultants, and Artisans. We will create innovative award programs that add value for the customers we serve.

OUR CORE VALUES:

Customer Focus - Make the customer our first priority. Customers can be internal or external, but we will strive to always exceed their expectations.

Leadership - Showing leadership is everyone’s job. Good leaders listen to others, demonstrate initiative and create positive energy. Do more than take charge; be a role model among your team or co-workers.

Integrity - Exhibit sound, ethical business practices. It’s about being honest and straightforward-doing what you say you will do, internally and externally.

Results - Measure your work against your objectives and the overall objectives of our organization. Have pride in your work, our teammates, and the quality of our products. Do it right the first time.
